Clean and dry the skin surface of the joint before wrapping to guarantee good adhesion
Unroll the bandage and stretch moderately while wrapping around the target area
Overlap each layer evenly for proper compression; avoid wrapping too tight to maintain normal blood circulation
Dispose of the bandage after use. Do not wash or reuse it, as the adhesive will fail after removal.
