All production and testing machines receive regular maintenance and calibration, while our 10,000㎡ workshop enforces unified standardized operating rules. Every production link is covered by strict inspection standards, and full batch traceability is available for all OEM and private label orders.

1. Raw Material Screening

We only cooperate with officially certified medical raw material suppliers. Every incoming material batch goes through professional safety tests and gets filed for permanent archiving. This process enables complete traceability starting from raw material entry, which is the core guarantee for stable quality of all our medical products.

2. On-Site Production Inspection

All production lines are located in our self-owned 10,000㎡ standardized workshop. Our in-house QA team conducts daily patrol checks and random spot inspections on each working procedure. Continuous on-site supervision effectively reduces batch differences, maintaining steady product quality for bulk wholesale orders and customized OEM goods.

3. Final Finished Goods Testing

Before shipment, every batch of finished medical products passes strict random sampling and laboratory tests focusing on core medical indicators: sterility, sealing tightness and service durability. Any non-conforming products will be isolated immediately for rework or scrapping per fixed standards. Our quality team continuously optimizes testing procedures to supply safer, more dependable disposable medical supplies for global distributors.
