Sample Order

Most customers prefer to order samples prior to bulk purchases to verify product workmanship, dimensions and overall quality. We support sampling for our full product lineup, and standard in-stock samples supplied by our factory are completely free of charge.

1.Sample Terms

• Sample cost: Standard stock samples from our factory are free.
• Shipping fee: Normally, the international courier cost (DHL/UPS) shall be borne by you, and this freight can be deducted from your first formal bulk order later. If you have your own forwarder, or your UPS, DHL, FEDEX account supports freight collect, we can waive the sample shipping fee.
• Lead time for samples

1. Regular stock samples: Will be packed and shipped out within 1–3 days once your requirements are confirmed.
2. Custom pre-production samples with your logo or special specs: The sampling period takes around 7–14 days.After dispatch, it generally takes 3–6 days for samples to arrive via international courier.

2.Available Sample Range

You can apply for samples of all our products: medical disposable products, emergency tactical products, first aid products and sports protection products.

3. Simple Process to Request Samples

• Inform our sales team of the sample models, quantities and your complete delivery address.
• We will check stock and offer you the courier freight quotation.
• We will arrange packing and shipment right after you settle the freight payment.
• We will share the tracking number with you for real-time logistics tracking.

Stock levels of all items change frequently. If you need samples printed with your logo or customized packages, the lead time will be extended accordingly. Feel free to contact us for more details.
